If you have a Special Dietary need, the Hotel Catering Service will do their best to assist but cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. The Food Menu page on the website gives a list of all foods served. If you’re needs can not be met with the current menu, please let us know.
Ten-minute Agent and Editor Pitches will be provided on a First-Come-First-Served basis at a cost of $10.00 per session. Times will be assigned and emailed to the purchaser before the conference. Failure to keep the assigned time will result in a cancelation. No late admittance will be allowed and will result as a cancelation. No refunds will be issued after the payment is accepted.
Registration fees for the Write Happily Ever After Conference is at the Early Bird Price of $199.00 between December 1, 2024 and January 18, 2025. Between January 19, 2025 ~ February 14, 2025, the Price Increases to $249.00. Seating is limited and registration can close early if seating capacity is met. No refunds will be issued for any reason after payment is accepted.
