Nicole Payne is a book-loving nerd who was given a chance to live out her childhood dream of being a literary agent. Starting from reader to intern, Nicole Payne ultimately became an agent in the summer of 2016. Nicole joined Copps Literary Services in 2023. Nicole represents young adult and adult fiction novels, preferably in romance, women’s fiction, literary fiction, mystery, suspense, thriller, and speculative fiction.

Sinclair Sawhney is a former journalist and middle school teacher who holds a BA in Political Science and K-8 teaching certificate from the University of California, Irvine and a MS in Education with an emphasis in teaching writing from the University of Washington. She has worked as Senior Editor with Tule Publishing for over seven years. Writing as Sinclair Jayne she’s published fifteen short contemporary romances with Tule Publishing with another four books being released in 2021. Married for over twenty-four years, she has two children, and when she isn’t writing or editing, she and her husband, Deepak, are hosting wine tastings of their pinot noir and pinot noir rose at their vineyard Roshni, which is a Hindi word for light-filled, located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Associate Editor ~ Harlequin 

Caroline Timmings is an Associate Editor for Harlequin Romantic Suspense. She has a B.A. in English Literature, Creative Writing, and Philosophy, a M.A. in Philosophy, and a Publishing Certificate from NYU. Caroline has been a romance fanatic since she was in middle school and curiously picked up a Scottish Highlander romance. The rest is history! Caroline is looking to add to the Harlequin Romantic Suspense line and loves alpha males and escaping into exciting new worlds every day. Caroline is also looking forward to hearing pitches that may be suitable for Love Inspired or Love Inspired Suspense.
