All Registrations Will Close on February 28, 2024 at 11:59 PM (U.S. CT).
No changes to the registration will be accepted after this date for any reason.

Disclaimer:

All COVID regulations deemed necessary by the State of Texas and will be followed. At present, the State of Texas does not have a mask mandate. However, anyone wishing to wear a mask is free to do so. Masks will be provided for anyone wishing to use one.

All individuals must make their own decisions about their health risk and comfort level when attending the in-person sessions.

If the regulations change, the registered in-person attendees will be notified.

If any circumstances arise, before the date of the The Emily Awards and All-Day Workshop, that would legally prevent the event from occurring, all registered attendees, in-person or zoom, will be notified via email of any changes.

If the event is canceled because of circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
